Joining the London Model Yacht Club

To enquire about becoming a member you can call or send an email or you can also come and visit us directly at the club.

We sail at the Round Pond in Kensington Gardens most Sundays from 11am. 

The LMYC offers 10R, DF95 and IOM boats available to sail for new members.

 

MYSA Membership:
 

1.   Full membership  

 

Full memberships entitles use of the clubhouse, storage of boats in the clubhouse (subject to space availibility) and racing under the LMYC flag.

Full membership includes the MYA annual membership which provides members with limited third party insurance cover whilst racing.

 2.   Junior Membership

​

Junior memberships are reserved for under 18s. Junior membership entitles use of the clubhouse, storage of boats in the clubhouse (subject to space availibility) and racing under the LMYC flag.

Junior membership includes the MYA annual membership which provides junior members with limited third party insurance cover whilst racing.

 3.   Associate Membership

​

Associate memberships entitles members only use the clubhouse and storage boats in the clubhouse (subject to available space),

Associate members may not take part in any racing and does not include the MYA membership.

For members wishing to join mid-season there can be a reduction of the  LMYCannual membership at the discretion of the Membership Secretary.
